An algorithm of a simple systolic array processor or the HT (Hadamard transform) is presented. It is based on the HCG (Hadamard coefficient generator). The HCG makes the signs of the Hadamard matrix (HM) elements and the matrix-vector multiplication is executed. This algorithm is simple and provides high pipelining rates.
