Aimed at the Problems that were very difficult to realize exchange and integration for heterogeneous data, such as being different in content and format and quality of data and even some data format not being transformed or information lost after conversion and so on, because of the different data coming from different avenue provided by different user in implementing data share process of city emergency system, this paper proposed a sort of data exchange model of heterogeneous database based on middleware unified platform. Based on the mapping of model driving, when the data transmitted from database to XML document or from XML document to database the data exchange could be realized by a concrete model. Its thought was to express XML document being a tree composed by data object, in which each element type corresponded to a object in object pattern, namely there was mapping among patterns. The paper gave an example of power emergency processing system, in which the design process was described roughly. The application effect shows that the speed of emergency event processing can enhance five to ten times and it is able to realize the exchange and integration for heterogeneous data easily.
