Seepage stability is a key question in the embankment engineering. This paper introduces how to analyze this question by numerical calculation method and an example of finite element analysis on a stationary slow in a embankment project is given at the same time. As a key point, the seepage behaviors before and after the construction of pile foundations are compared and evaluated. The conclusion is that the maximal percolation gradient increased after the pile foundation of anchor tower was built, but it did not exceed the critical percolation gradient of the top layer of silty clay so the seepage failure would not happen.
