This paper treats a three inputs/outputs magnetic levitation system with three electromagnets and a Y shape iron plate as a levitated vehicle. Our aim is to design a servosystem for suppressing natural vibrations of the vehicle. By using closed loop identification, we identify the vibration characteristics of an exact linearization model, and design an H servo controller which can effectively suppress the vibration
