There are two key problems should be solved for the charge of Lead-Acid Battery. The first problem is the fast charging, the other is the quality of charge. This paper proposed a novel charging method, capacity trace-pulsing current-floating charge mode method. In the design of the controller, this paper proposed Fuzzy-PI controller, the rapidity and dynamic stability of the system were guaranteed with the bandwidth h of system controlled by the Fuzzy controller. The method and design is verified by the simulation and experiment.
