To synchronize the unified chaos systems, a high speed chaos synchronization controller is presented and proved, and based on it a secure communication system is developed. The model of the unified chaos system is introduced firstly, then the tridiagonal structure matrix stability theory is introduced, and the proposed chaos controller' effectiveness is proved based on this stability theory. Then a secure communication system based on unified chaos system is proposed. The proposed controller in this paper has a high synchronization speed and the unified chaos-based secure communication system has a reference meaning for engineering practice. Simulation results validate the presented unified chaos-based secure communication method.
