Electronic resource of university library is important academic resource. To realize the advantages of electronic resources and achieve a regional sharing of electronic resources, University Library Consortia has been established. A reasonable evaluation to performance of electronic resources is essential for promoting the utilization of university library electronic resources. Based on the method of rough set, a system of performance evaluation to electronic resource is set up, and performance of electronic resources is evaluated.
