Future e-Government: From monologue to Dialogue

This paper focuses on the next generation of e-Government services, based on the technological development of e-Services in the Norwegian public sector. We present the concept of e-Dialogues, and show how e-Dialogues may be designed and realized. We discuss the challenges connected to the realization of e-Dialogues, and we present methodological requirements.
