The basic theory of wireless power transmission is presented by a pair of small dipole approximated as an infinitesimal current filament in this paper. The maximum power transmission condition and its frequency characteristics are formulated by the radiation fields from infinite current filament. The numerical simulations provide power transmission characteristics in detail.
