In order to avoid climate change on a global level, all nations considered carbon intensive societies and societies which are heavily populated might have to become zero-carbon societies and economies. The development of low-carbon economy is an inevitable choice for China and the whole world. With the result of power grid and power source plan in future, Low-Carbon Economic's influence in power grid is studied in this document. A decomposition model for carbon-emission is established. With this model Carbon emissions will be calculated for power grid to analyse carbon-emission reduction technique such as improving energy structure, optimizing energy mix, and improving energy efficiency and so on. Finally, Suggestion will be provided for low carbon economys' Innovation in China Southern power grid.
