This paper designed the installation of intelligent control VAV air-conditioning system which was based on BAS of Web-Ctrl of ALC (Automated Logic Corporation). The compositions and characteristics of this installation and the hardware and software were analyzed, the control strategy of the installation were presented. By making use of the control modules of American Automated Logic Corporation, the applicable algorithmic modules on VAV Box control established, the VAV air-conditioning system's control tactical principles and control algorithms such as cooling on demand control, pressure independent terminal device control and the supply air temperature and humidity control etc as well as VAV air-conditioning system's economy running pattern have been discussed. It has the practical and immediate significance to improving the running efficiency and reducing energy consumption to achieve energy-saving and optimal running on the VAV air-conditioning system.
