For the key issues involved in the construction of logistics information system of flexible manufacturing enterprises (shortened as FME), this paper puts forward the corresponding solution. First of all, through the comparative analysis between the C/S and B/S, the authors hold that adopting B/S three-tier architecture is able to integrate service management and unify services to the client, thus, the system will have a good fault tolerance and load balancing ability, which are the priority to establish the logistics information system in the flexible production enterprises. Secondly, the authors believe that in relation to EDI, adopting Web Services as a system to build a platform is able to guarantee the achievement of the dynamic links through a series of standards and protocols and transferring with each other between the different systems through the "software - software dialogue" approach even at lower cost. Finally, in order to solve the problem of information sharing, the levels of information sharing are identified, also, information sharing authorities and the information sharing models are designed.
