The phase errors caused by the band characteristics and the tolerance of processing and assembling of the lens is usually one of the important factors influencing the antenna system property in the hybrid limited phased scan antenna system consisting of a feed phased array, a lens, and a reflector. The paper provides an approach to phase compensation with the feed phased array, in order to reduce the phase errors of the lens influencing the antenna system property. This algorithm is simple, and the compensation effort is practical and easy to realize
