The paper builds the evaluation indicator system considering the aspects of technical, economical, social and practical, based on the designing standard that have been widely used-SMART standard. From the aspects of the goal and foundation of developing smart grid, the paper investigates the specific situations of pilot projects within the areas of smart transform substation, automation system of distribution system, power utilization information collection system. The paper also bring the evaluation method and indicator system towards to analyze the achievement and effect of pilot project which form a strong foundation for future construction of smart grid.
