In the last few years, researches on smart grid have been carried out extensively. As an important part of smart grid, intelligent distribution grid is being paid more and more attention by institutions. The researchers have gradually built the consensus that the informationization of intelligent distribution grid should be based on the information integration framework. To carry out information integration in the distribution grid, two basic problems have to be solved:modeling and coding. As to modeling, IEC recommends taking IEC 61970 and IEC 61968 as reference model standards. Neither the traditional point-to-point integration nor the traditional-middleware-based integration is able to satisfy the needs of the development of the intelligent distribution grid in the future. At present, adopting enterprise service bus and customing messages based on IEC 61968 are the mainstream ways to integrate information in the application in the distribution grid. Above all, the information integration of the intelligent distribution grid should be carried out on the basis of unified model and unified code. Currently, the mainstream strategy to integrate information in the distribution grid is to build a loosely-coupled, scalable and interactive information integration platform.
