This paper describes a new method for urban high-voltage distribution network planning required by environmental and practical needs. In the traditional network planning, the index system of environmental protection is composed of indices related to radiation, land occupation and environmental compatibility. This paper adds electrical source line index, then model the power line, builds an integrated model. Then take a certain region network as an example to calculate the new model. The planning results show that the new method can influence the planning scheme macroscopically and make it more practicability-friendly.
