A core group of systems engineers developed a handbook flowing out our approach to proposal responses. An integrated systems applications handbook has been developed to document the steps required to prepare an integrated systems proposal. The handbook developed provides consistent output of a proposal, which is generated according to a series of steps and gates. The goal is generate consistent proposals in terms of appearance, content, and technical quality.
