An equation in the Appendix of a previous paper (IEEE Trans. Veh. Technol ., vol. 58, no. 7, pp. 3247-3262, Sep. 2009) contains an error, which propagates to a few more equations in the Appendix. This error does not affect the main body of the text or results presented in that paper, apart from a change to one equation. In this correspondence, we correct the error and provide a revised Appendix.
