Through measures of making full use of the limited infrastructure, the introduction of supply chain management and cooperation strategy and information technology, the current construction enterprises can improve their customer service, shorten the production cycle, improve production quality and strengthen its competitiveness. Based on the analysis of supply chain synergy in construction enterprises, this paper proposes an information model of supply chain synergy in construction enterprises and makes an E-Business network-based application research on the information system of supply chain synergy management in construction enterprises.
