Business negotiation is a decision-making process that seeks to find an agreement, which will satisfy the requirements of two or more parties in presence of limited information, and conflicting preferences. Therefore, we need to use hybrid systems that are able to have an appropriate performance in real conditions of different types of automated negotiations. This paper presents a multi agent based hybrid system that is using multi criteria decision-making and automated negotiation.
