Create a biological modeling of human lower limb is a difficult job due to the complex and irregularity skeleton structure. However, rebuilding the model that can be used to calculate the biomechanics characteristic is the key step to research the human body. Reverse engineering should be used in rebuilding model. The model consists of at least lower limb skeleton and joint cartilage. Cartilage is the important part in the joint that can change the mechanics characteristic. The human lower limb anatomy data can be gotten through CT scanning. The human lower limb skeleton model is created from image data by professional software based on inverse engineering theory. The model rebuild based on this way can simulate lower limb joint system and analyze biomechanics data.
