E-Government is beneficial to the information publicity of all-level governments, to solve public problems and achieve the public interest as the objective. E-Government should construct brand-new service-oriented government management model. The new model of government functions and government activities and government concept can help make the government become a public service government, and realize the transition from the traditional control government to a service-oriented government. the transparency of management, the convenience of services and the improvement of efficiency must be improved, only in this way can realize the transformation of supervise-oriented government to service-oriented government and establish incorruptible, diligent, practical and efficient government, E-Government has provided important device for the establishment of public-centered and service-oriented government model.
