Heuristic algorithm using some special information which is contact with problems we want to resolve is a process to control the search state space. Heuristic algorithm could play a unique role in resolve some problems which are difficult when we use theoretical methods. Here we propose a best level of multi-factor combination selection heuristic algorithm which is convenient to implement for computers, and it is an effective algorithm according to the experimental results.
