XBRL is the standardization of XML in the commercial reporting domains. It develops very fast. XBRL has absorbed structure-level features of the XML. Through the hierarchical mechanism it is advantageous to grasp the internal semantics of commercial facts, facilitate computer understanding and promote the financial information data mining.
