Due to the desirable performance, polyphase codes have been widely used in low probability of intercept radar. By analyzing the characteristic of the time-frequency distribution of polyphase codes, a new parameter estimation method based on time-frequency distribution is proposed. Simulation results show that this method have good estimate precision even in low signal-to-noise ratios.
