After the analysis of the typical selective repeat protocol in packet radio network, this paper proposes the Application-layer Connectionless Reliable Transmission Protocol Based on Coding Cooperation. The performance of this protocol is improved by the use of random linear network coding with multiple node cooperation. Moreover, the simulation results indicate that this protocol has obvious advantages in the aspects of packet delivery ratio, end-to-end delay and throughput compared with the selective repeat protocol.
