On basis of the research on negotiation and composition of dynamic e-business service, this paper proposes a web service composition model for multi-issues negotiation, the algorithms of coalition net construction and the solution to web services composition search. The model can negotiate web services for some issues such as price, brand, QoS and distance according to the requests having users' constraint and preference, subsequently come into being some users' individuating and custom-built composition services. The model has better applied value.
