Human-Computer Interaction design pattern is an important tool to share design experience. Pattern Library is the most important platform for using patterns. We analyze current libraries for interaction design patterns and find many shortages that are not good for pattern using and future development. Then with User-Centered Design idea, we put forward a design for a new library which encourages all people's cooperation. The user needs analysis, design goal and principle, user cases and function structure for the library are all clearly presented in this paper.
