A new link level to system level simulation interface method

In the simulation of cellular mobile communication system, link level to system level (L2S) interface has important significance to the performance of the simulator. In this paper, we propose a new L2S interface based on the characteristics of the decision region. The new interface is easy to use and is more accurate to the existing methods.
