In this era of information system using traditional library information systems may waste time and resources, and might cause mistakes in work flow. In order to solve these problems, in this paper we have shown the usages of the Library Information Systems based on Three Layers Architecture. This model is composed of Presentation Layer, Business Logic Layer and Data Access layer. In this model we have separated the code to increase system maintainability and system reusability.
