Strategic alliance is one of the most important strategic activities in the present business environment. Alliance stability remains a big challenge both from academic and managerial perspectives. With the development of modern logistics and big demand for steel in China, the author use Analytic Hierarchy Process to investigates factors influencing strategic alliance between steel company and logistics service provider. Then, Delphi method is used and alliance stability score is calculated. Finally, suggestions for alliance stability are discussed and recommended.
