In the context of grid computing, the more resources there are the more difficult it gets to manage them and their associated services. We continue working on the concept of relative information to enhance grid services. Resource relative information is information that is not only gathered from the resource itself but also that takes into account other resources of the same type. The resource is not described in terms of the resource local information but also relative to other resources. We present an enhanced framework based on mobile agents that enables to use relative information in grid services such as the information service and the monitoring service. In order to achieve more flexibility we have improved the model by letting the very mobile agent, using the grid infrastructure, launch remote mobile agent platforms whenever this latter is not present in a site. With this new model we propose to include a new grid virtual organisation to handle mobile agent platform requests.
