It is the age of Economic Globalization at present. The process of industrial transfer brings far-reaching impact on the industry and the industrial structure, and it also affects the society stability of the area. This paper analyzes the impact on society stability of Henan Province which influenced by industrial structure in the few past years, and the stability is valuated by a BP neural network model. An example is studied to certify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
