Researches on data integration, data transformation are made much of with marine data because of its characteristics of polymorphism, multi-sources and great capacity etc. This paper provides an integration system of distributed heterogeneous data based on Web Service-related technology and data-centered model. Considering of the problem of different physical storage of heterogeneous data, this paper provides an adaptive adjustment method based on metadata to achieve data synchronization between the central database of dater center and the distributed sub-databases. The scheme is easy to be extended and be maintained. The expansibility, efficiency and data security of the system are enhanced.
