Based on the research of the management of container multimodal hub inside and outside, analyses facility location problem of container multimodal hub status in our country in this paper. And a Mixed Integer Programming model base on Minimum cost of transport is built under the consideration of industry distribution, the import and export quantities of the container, the location of container Facilities, and collecting and distributing planning into consideration. Then the rationality of facility location planning is demonstrated, and a solution example will be given to this model.
