In recent years, China's logistics enterprises are developing rapidly, however, at present most of the services provided by logistics enterprises cannot meet the personalized, diversified needs of customer', and the profits are very low. This paper analyses the present situation and existing problems of logistics enterprises in China from the perspective of supply and demand and put forward the idea that we can guide and satisfy customers' needs, and provide different services to form our own core competencies by logistics service innovation.
