The relationship between entrepreneurial capability and enterprise growth is analyzed in the paper. Although the impact of learning capability and innovation capability of entrepreneur on the enterprise growth is emphasized in the existing researches, but this paper analyze the topic in the context of China, and the result shows that strategic capability, management capability and relationship capability of entrepreneur have more important positive impact on the enterprise growth.
