Constructing College English Web Teaching Platform by internet technology

With the rapid development of internet technology, advanced educational technology philosophy and its teaching methods go deep into all areas of English as foreign language teaching in China. How to make full use of college English teaching with the aid of advanced net technology is currently a hot issue in the reform of College English Teaching and thus become a primary research subject. This paper proves the necessity and significance of constructing College English Web Teaching Platform Based on B/S Mode in light of its features and it explores the functions of the network platform and how to develop it.
