A common phenomenon is encountered. It is that moving objects exist in images which need to stabilize in the course of the study that based on gray projection of algorithm (GPA) of the electronic image stabilization (EIS). In this case, gray projection algorithm is inadequate. This paper proposes a new method to improve the algorithm in order to solve the problem and the method is analyzed and verified through a detailed experiment, including the moving object's speed, size, shape, color and position in the image etc. At last, the new method is proved that it can process the problems image effectively.
