In our country, the productivity of auto parts production line is improved too much emphasis on equipment, technological innovation while ignoring human factors. Based on human factors theory, describing the people in the system operation characteristics, the optimization problem as the person's job to pursue an important objective, so that people who are working in this condition can be efficient, safe, healthy and comfortable. This paper has established a model to increase corporate productivity, and describes the specific implementation process, for enterprises to improve productivity and realistic significance.
