The kansei quality management of food reveals people's refined life. It improves the status of Chinese food by providing strategic opportunities of creating world-famous brands. From the perspective of knowledge integration, this article explores the leaning methods of kansei quality management, investigates the kansei quality of Chinese food, expounds two hypotheses of kansei quality management, summarizes the intrinsic links between kansei quality management principle and lean thinking and proposes the thought of kansei quality management to produce the exact food the users need-the creation of kansei values is fundamental to the satisfaction of consumers' demands. This articles seeks a breakthrough to the low kansei quality of Chinese food, makes a deep analysis to the kansei quality management process, compares the kansei quality of drinks, testifies the industrial methodology of the application of the kansei quality management in China, summarizes the system of kansei quality management to strengthen the competitiveness of the kansei quality of food and reflects on the philosophical paradigm of kansei quality management.
