The research on the index system of Eco-City is an important task in the process of urbanization. And it's also a question demanding prompt solution currently. This paper focus on the residential environment subsystem of eco-city system from urban planning perspective. The Grey correlation analysis model is established. Further, a comprehensive evaluation of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city is conducted. It can provide science reference to Eco-city construction.
