Flow shop scheduling optimum is an important research field in flow shop manufactures enterprise. A optimum method for parallel multi machines flow shop schedule based on genetic algorithm by hybridising and mutating operators is provided with minimum weighted absolute delay time, the optimum solution based on genetic algorithm is proved to be effective by actual example.
