Aiming at complexity, fuzziness and cognition limitation on selection of air conditioning cold/heat source, using for reference triangle fuzzy number computation mentality, a multi-attribute group decision making model based on GIOWA is proposed to use. Through applying in the selection of air conditioning cold/heat source, research results indicates that it may solve effectively multi-attribute decision making question presented by linguistic form, simultaneously, simple computation, clear mentality and satisfying outcomes.
