Cone-beam computed tomography for circular trajectory has been widely used. Sometimes off-centered circular trajectory has to be used because of some mechanical restrictions. In this paper, we develop an algorithm to reconstruct ROI from local cone-beam projections for off-centered circular trajectory. The proposed method is derived from combination of α-FDK and wavelet-based algorithm, and their advantages are maintained. Neither severe truncation artifacts nor details blurring occurs in the reconstructed image.
