In order to meet requirements of mechanical vibration signals on acquisition and transmission, a kind of wireless sensor networks node is designed MSP430FG4618 is the microprocessor. ADXL345 is the chief chip of digital accelerometer, and CC2420 module acts as the wireless communication module. This paper proposes a totality design of the node and the communication mode between SPI of ADXL345 and l2C. The design of ADXL345 sensor circuit board and control program are described too. The node can accomplish the mission of collection, storage and wireless transmission about vibration data.
