Three-Axis Inertial Stable Platform (ISP) is an important component in an aerial remote sensing system, which is used for separating the influences of various disturbances on imaging sensors. In this paper, we focus on the research on dynamic modeling techniques for a 3-axis ISP system. On the basis of systematic analysis on the mechanism characteristic and operating principle, the dynamic equations of the rolling, pitching and yawing frameworks are established respectively. To validate the reliability of model, the simulation was then carried out by using Matlab Simulink. The results show that the model can effectively describe the dynamic characteristics of the ISP under real condition.
