In the past, the disaster information has been offered based on a text and an image conventionally. With the substantiality of the recent information infrastructure, it is suggested a disaster prevention system to offer in the form that put disaster information on top of one another on Web-GIS a lot. Because the information of the stricken area was not offered in the form that considered an axis in time by the existing system, there was the problem that cannot read stricken area information to change with time adequately. In this study, I established the domain called the seek bar which changed information in Web-GIS seamlessly with an axis in time and offered unified chronological order operation and I could express stricken area information to change with time and did it.
