In this paper the design and evaluation of 4-state multiple trellis-coded modulation (MTCM) codes for application to quadrature-quadrature phase-shift keying (Q2PSK) are presented. Computer simulations are used to evaluate the performance of these code designs in a non-frequency selective Rician fading propagation environment.
