The advantages and the specific dispatching services of the voice dispatching system based on TD-SCDMA special network is introduced in this paper, including conference call, monitor, record, group call, transfer call, forced release, forced insert, substitute call, hold call, night service, and so on, which is dependent on the detailed introduction of the architecture and functions of TD-SCDMA special network. Voice dispatching system is described in detail including the structure and function, special emphasis is placed on mechanisms and other key technologies such as the voice mixing techniques, voice synchronization, and voice dithering eliminating mechanism. Voice dispatching system based on TD-SCDMA special network is with these properties of good real-time, high reliability, simple operation, which also can enhance the ability of emergent command when a disaster happens, reduce the loss of property and life, protect the safety of production by leaps and bounds for the mine industry.
